The High Moon Festival is one of Eslura’s greatest feats and Sacred Ruler Millennium’s show baby. In the days leading up to the event, Millennium has taken every step to make sure this years extravaganza outdoes her past years work.
But when Millennium receives word that the fleet of dragon riders she sent out to retrieve a pivotal piece of the festival has gone missing in a fierce snowstorm, all the smooth sailing of her preparation flies out the window.
Desperate to ensure her riders safety, she determines to set out in search of them. But she’ll need help. With all her skilled riders lost in the storm, Millennium has no choice but to enlist young stable-hand Prylis to accompany her on the daring mission.
